🚀 New Features
X-ray Crystallography (XRC) Data Processing Pipeline
CryoCloud now supports automated XRC workflows alongside cryo-EM. Researchers can:
Import raw or pre-processed XRC datasets
Run scalable, parallel analyses using integrated Global Phasing Pipedream workflows
View results with full traceability
This streamlines high-throughput crystallography campaigns, reducing manual effort and processing time.

✨ Improvements
Solvent Flattening is enabled by default for Refine3D jobs When a reference mask is provided (or automatically retrieved from an input job), the “Use solvent-flattened FSCs” option is now enabled by default, improving density maps without requiring additional setup.
Bayesian Polishing Adjusted compute settings to make jobs more robust.
New XRC Tutorial A CDK2 tutorial dataset is now available to all users.
