| View in browser Hi there, We’re back with another important update – we’re excited to announce CryoCloud version 2.10.1!   This release introduces our brand-new X-ray Crystallography (XRC) data processing pipeline, along with additional improvements and fixes. With this update, CryoCloud now supports both cryo-EM and XRC workflows in a single cloud-native platform.   You’re receiving this email because you have an active CryoCloud account. Researchers can: Import raw or pre-processed XRC datasets Run scalable, parallel analyses using integrated Global Phasing Pipedream workflows View results with full traceability This streamlines high-throughput crystallography campaigns, reducing manual effort and processing time.   Join our upcoming launch webinar on October 16 to learn more! ✨ Improvements Solvent Flattening is enabled by default for Refine3D jobs When a reference mask is provided (or automatically retrieved from an input job), the “Use solvent-flattened FSCs” option is now enabled by default, improving density maps without requiring additional setup.   Bayesian Polishing Adjusted compute settings to make jobs more robust.   New XRC Tutorial A CDK2 tutorial dataset is now available to all users. 🐛 Bug Fixes Resolved issues with Servalcat integration.
