Align Symmetry Job A dedicated job type to align reconstructions to symmetry axes directly within the App — no external tools needed.
Improved Autoclass3D Selection CryoCloud can now automatically select the best 3D class based on resolution; you no longer need to provide a manual reference map.
CryoCloud Picker Enhancement for micrographs with strong gradients We improved CryoCloudPicker's support of micrographs with thick or uneven ice to handle contrast gently, resulting in more consistent particle detection.
🐛 Bug Fixes
Projects now properly show error pages when not found.
MotionCorr support for uncompressed TIFF movie files.
Fixed an issue where power spectra calculations could fail for datasets collected with unusually high dose-per-frame values.
