This release introduces Targets, a new way to organise datasets and projects by your biological molecule of interest, along with additional improvements for the helical reconstruction workflow and workflow management.
๐ New Features
Introducing Targets โ organise your work by biological molecule
CryoCloud now supports Targets, allowing you to group datasets and projects by your protein or research target (e.g., GLP1R, TRVP3, KRAS).
Targets make it easier to:
Manage hundreds of datasets across multiple projects
Launch end-to-end workflows using automatically prefilled references
Store primary maps, PDBs, masks, and decoys in one place
Promote an existing label to a Target while preserving all connections
CryoCloud now offers improved support for end-to-end helical reconstruction, with updated validation logic, more reliable handling of helical twist/rise values, and better integration with Topaz filament metadata.
โจ Improvements
Delete workflow node with children You can now delete a workflow node along with all its downstream children, making it easier to clean up unused workflow branches.
๐ Bug Fixes
Improved thumbnail generation robustness
Fixed issues with recommended job types
